Me Mihnea Bantoiu

Mr. Bantoiu graduated from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales in Montreal after having completed a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in finance. Part of this training was pursued at the Commerce Institute of Nancy in France. He later obtained a law degree from University of Montreal and completed part of this program at Universidad Torcuato di Tella in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Mr. Bantoiu was called to the Quebec Bar in 2009.
 
After practicing at another law firm in Montreal, Mr. Bantoiu joined Létourneau Gagné, s.e.n.c.r.l. in 2010 where he practices in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in the field of professional liability of financial advisors and investment dealers.
 
Mr. Bantoiu is fluent in French, English, Spanish and Romanian.
