Me Antoine Motulsky-Falardeau
Me Motulsky practices civil and commercial litigation. He practices particularly in the field of professional liability of securities dealers and investment advisors. He pleaded before the Quebec Court, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal.
After having completed a degree in music at University of Montreal, a degree in civil law and a degree in common law at McGill University, Me Motulsky was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2003. During his studies, he won among others the best closing statement award at the Sopinka Cup (2000), the best final oralist award at the Charles-Rousseau Competition (2001) and McGill University’s Quebec Bar Prize (2002). He completed part of his studies at Université Libre de Bruxelles.
From 2004 to 2008, Me Motulsky coached moot court competition teams in international law at McGill University then at Laval University. In 2005 and 2006, he chaired the organizing committee of the Montreal Young Bar Association annual colloquium, on the ethic duties of lawyers and on the access to justice. Between 2003 and 2009, he contributed to the Charles-Rousseau Moot Competition, including as drafter of the case and judge.
Since 2009, he is a member of the Illegal Practice Committee of the Quebec Bar (Quebec section).
